This song is the first of many to come. As this is a newly established project, this song is about attempting to regain what was lost over the years with regards to my musical endeavors. Life had hit hard after coming off of active duty Navy and I had to part with most of my music instruments and studio gear to keep my family afloat. Music was a massive part of my self-identity and in order to make ends meet and take care of what needed to be done, I had to put music on ice.

Now, with better life circumstances, this is my reboot. 'The Forgotten' is titled so because this is my effort to stay relevant in a scene that I was once a part of in my former band, Friend For A Foe. Will I have any impact? Will what I do musically matter to anybody? It doesn't matter in the long run; An author must write, a painter must paint, and I must continue to make music because it's who I am. I have not forgotten who I am ... this is my way of rekindling something I was so passionate about previously.

All proceeds from this song (and the others to follow) will go towards regaining music and studio gear I had to part with over the years. I sincerely hope you enjoy it and thank you for your interest.
